Breaking away.
It felt really weird today because I would usually go to work Sundays. But today, I don’t need to. Not anymore. And no, I did not experience any withdrawal symptoms like drug rehabilitation or whatsoever. Just felt weird. Geddit? Geddit?
Anyway, I helped my mother give our lil’ kitchen a fresh new coat of paint because it has gotten quite unsightly over the years. Those blotches of black and grey all over the wall and ceiling. I mean, they deep-fry fishes in a wok almost every other day, so you kind of get the idea how greasy those walls were.
Add a little more greasy and sticky goo; I think my painting rollers could like Velcro itself to the ceiling. Maybe I can even jump and Velcro myself to the wall.
Anyway, some five minutes into painting and while giving serious lessons on ‘How to Paint a Wall without Mishaps’, my mom suddenly exclaimed with excitement in Chinese.
“Like fun to play!”
Excuse me?

miss your escape friends only, never miss us. how sad :(

Faizah: HAHA! Don’t worry about me overlooking comments. Each time there’s a comment, I am notified, and be sure every comment will be read.
I mean, the first day, you kind of like show me the things and taught me the basics and introduced me to many things.

Priscilla & Weiting: HAHA! Jealous is it?! I mean, afterall, I work with them for 17 months! So, it is only kind of natural if I am a little attached to the work I was doing.
