Two days ago, I asked Haliejah to note down my Echo Lima (lunch) for me on a piece of paper so someone could go purchase for me. I had the sudden hunger for chicken so I asked for Lucky Plate, which comes with two pieces of chicken, a bun, and a handful of French fries.

Haliejah then scribbed my orders and wrote: Lucky Piate.

Vincentand I were beside her all these time. Immediately after she jotted down my Echo Lima, we were all, “WHAT IS A PIATE?!!” Then we looked at Haliejah.

“There’s no ‘i’ in plate.” I said.

“It is P.L.A.T.E.” Vincent added on.

Then for the rest of the day, we kept repeating: PIATE. PIATE. PIATE. PAITE.

Seriously, I could have just shoved the bulk of the Walkie-Talkie down my manager’s throat. Everyone has little idea of what he’s trying to do to the Revenue department in Escape Theme Park and Wild Wild Wet. No only does he oh-so desperately want to bring about a change in the Theme Park, he’s trying to get his hands on Wild Wild Wet also.

Then everyone below got to listen to him and abide to all his illogical theories and judgements. He’s such a pathetic loser –  I mean, seriously. I am not trying to degrade him. I always see Abg Imran talking and counselling his staffs. What what does Vincent do? His oh-so funny jokes that makes us burst out laughing at the absurdity of it rather than the joke. And his English? You could chocked out your lungs and still laugh over it.

I MEAN SERIOUSLY! Staffs and employees are the most important assets to the company in any customer service industry. Without these staffs, there’s no way your sales are going to sky-rocket, there’s no way people will like you.

LIM AH BENG, YOU DON’T TELL ME DIRECTLY THAT SOME OTHER MANAGER “IS LIKE SHIT.” YOU ARE COMPLETELY, UTTERLY AND ABSOLUTELY SHITTER THAN ANY MANAGERS ON THIS SURFACE OF THE PLANET. You don’t tell part-time staffs that the other manager “is like shit” and “trying to act manager but he is only a operational manager.”

Yes, you are right, this boss of mine had lunch with me some time ago and he was there bitching about this some other manager. From that point onwards, I had such a terrible impression on him that I lost all the respect I had for him instantly.

His ego bruise easier than a overripe mango. I think he can hardly manage his own life, let alone so many staffs in the department. If you worked with him long enough, you will realize the powers of his position doesn’t come from experience or expertise or logical qualifications. Maybe those powers came from sucking while smiling at the higher management.

If I could place his head in between the humongous doors of C3 Container, I will harvest every ounce of my energy and slam it shut.

To this stage, you are a complete failure. As a manager. and a failure in many more things we don’t know yet. Dude, you’ve got start reflecting.
